Colin Gibson is Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of 4Thought Technologies. He also is Chairman of Vera United Holdings, a consortium of companies focused on empowering market innovators, of which 4Thought is a member. Colin has over 15 years of intensive business and legal experience in corporate transactions, investments, and venture development. He has held high-stakes positions with global Wall Street firms including Citigroup and Sullivan & Cromwell; leading private equity and VC counselors; and venture-backed technology startups. Colin holds an MBA from MIT, a JD from Yale Law School, and a BA from Morehouse College.

Richie Sater, CPA is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 4Thought Technologies. In addition to his background in business and finance, Richie is a self-taught developer primarily of blockchain and no-code applications, which he spent multiple years building and selling as tax and technology-transformation solutions at Ernst & Young (EY) where he received EY’s platinum badge in blockchain. He also has served as the Head of Managerial Accounting at The DaCosta Group (TDG) prior to EY and worked with a large defense contractor and a blockchain startup. Richie holds a BS in Accounting and Information Systems from North Carolina State University.

He has over 10 years of advanced experience building sophisticated financial software solutions, having worked at Bloomberg LP for six years on the development of its namesake terminal and then at J.P. Morgan as a software engineer on a variety of trading and financial analysis applications. A modern polymath, Adam is a self-taught programmer with a passion for accessible financial-software innovation, having attained a BA in History, Government, and Economics from The University of Texas at Austin after starting college at age 16.
Wolfgang Wedemeyer

Wolfgang Wedemeyer is Co-Founder and Lead Technical Developer of 4Thought Technologies. He has fifteen years of full-stack software development and technical leadership experience. Having spent over 10 years honing his skills at Booz Allen & Hamilton, Wolfgang’s recent specialty has been front-end development, including contributing to open source and commercial UI frameworks at ServiceNow. He also has previously worked on blockchain development for an innovative new cryptocurrency and algorithmic trading for multiple cryptos. Wolfgang holds a Bachelors of Computer Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
